Postnatal-friendly movement in a supportive group setting

Designed specifically for new mums, our Mums & Babies sessions help you rebuild strength, reconnect with your body, and ease back into exercise - all while keeping your baby right by your side. With a focus on core strength, mobility, and gentle conditioning, these classes are perfect from 6 weeks postpartum (with medical clearance).

You’ll be guided by our experience coach and mum Thea, who understands the unique needs of postnatal bodies, in a welcoming space where babies can stay close, nap, or play nearby.
